THIS PROVISION RESULTS IN WAIVER BY YOU OF THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OF ANY DISPUTES ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY RELATIONSHIP CREATED BY THIS AGREEMENT. VENUE SHALL BE IN COMAL COUNTY, TEXAS. YOU STIPULATE THAT EACH HAVE SIGNED THIS AGREEMENT AFTER AND ON THE ADVICE OF COUNSEL.
